30-day money-back guarantee. If Mark the Damage or Auto Recon isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of buying for a full refund.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund” within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email you paid with and the date you bought. You don’t need to give a reason.
What happens next
- We refund the full amount, including any sales tax charged, to your original payment method through Stripe.
- Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- After a refund, please stop using that copy.
Crew purchases
Within 30 days you can get a refund for the whole order, or for copies your crew hasn’t used. Tell us how many.
Duplicate purchases and mistakes
If you were charged twice or bought by mistake, email us and we’ll refund the extra charge, even after 30 days if it was our error.
Fair use
We may decline repeated refund requests for the same person or business, or requests that look like fraud.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under laws that can’t be waived.
