Which address is which?

Mark the Damage opens at /app/ on this website. Mark the Damage: Auto Recon opens at /auto-recon/app/. Each is unlocked separately, and each buyer unlocks the one they bought.

How do I put it on my home screen?

iPhone: open the app in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. Android: open it in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.

The home-screen app says “Free demo.” How do I unlock it?

On iPhone, the home-screen app keeps its own storage. Open it, tap the menu (☰), tap Unlock or restore, and enter the email you paid with or paste your unlock link.

I got a new phone.

Open the app you bought on the new phone, tap the menu, tap Unlock or restore, and use your email or unlock link.

I bought for my crew. Where are the links?

On the phone you bought with: menu, then Crew links. On any other phone: restore with the email you paid with, and the crew links come back.

How do I change my business name?

Email us from the address you paid with and tell us the new name.

The VIN decoder didn’t fill in the vehicle.

The decoder needs a signal. Check that the VIN is 17 characters and every character is right (a VIN never has the letters I, O or Q). If the 9th character doesn’t match the rest, one character is probably mistyped. Some older vehicles, imports and special builds don’t decode. You can always type the year, make and model yourself, and always check them against the vehicle.
